With advanced Call Queuing technology, we can now have an unlimited amount of callers stay in a queue until you or the next representative is able to take their call in real time.
If you choose, we can even announce to the caller where they are in queue! This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the Personalized on Hold Music! Make them listen to music or hear company information on your products and services while in queue waiting for a live person.
The use of call queuing allows the Auto Attendant System to queue your customer's requests until free resources become available. This means that if traffic intensity levels exceed available capacity, customer's calls are no longer lost; they instead wait until they can be served. This method is used in queueing customers for the next available operator.
As your callers are waiting in queue to speak with you, you can provide them with a brief description of your products or services, maybe tell them about a special promotion or provide music on hold.
