1) Are your 800 rates competitive?
At 6.9 ct/min. and "as low as 4.5 ct/min" we think we're pretty competitive.
2) Does your service require a contractual agreement for any particular length of time?
No, subscriptions are on a month to month basis.
3) Do you offer technical support?
Yes, our client services department is open from 6am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Toll Free: 1.800.477.1477
4) How long can my recordings be?
As long as you like, there's no time limit on your recordings.
5) How many outgoing fax documents can I have?
As many as you like. The main menu and each recording of the "Ultimate Sales Tool" Voice-on-Demand can store it's own fax document. Each fax document can be as long as you like; however we recommend not more than 15 pages.
6) Can I attach different outgoing faxes to different recordings on the same system?
Yes, on the "Ultimate Sales Tool" you can have a separate Fax-Back document for each recording. This is essentially an unlimited number of documents.
7) How many telephone numbers will my system attempt to reach me at with the "Follow-me Live" call forwarding feature?
As many as you like. You can even set the days of the week and the times of the day you would like to take calls at a particular number. Follow-Me-Live!
8) Can I select my own call forwarding preferences? Yes, and you can set both the time of day and days of the week you would like to get calls at a particular number. The same is true for Call Back & Paging.
9) Can you help script my recordings and my outgoing fax documents?

11) How many inbound calls can my system handle?
The system is digital so we can actually take hundreds of calls simultaneously. This means you get the benefit of the marketing or advertising you're doing without interference from busy phone lines.
12) Can my associates duplicate my recordings and fax information to their own system?
13) How much is it to get set-up?
You do not pay for the last month rental, if you buy a “Prepaid Minute Plan”.
14) Can I start with FreedomLITE and upgrade to FreedomPRO or FreedomXTREME at a later time?
Yes, you may upgrade your system at any time you decide to.
15) Do you offer credit for customer referrals?
Yes. Our current customers receive a one-month credit on their monthly rental for every new customer they refer.
16) Why don't I see all of my Mailboxes when I log into the web interface?
17) Can I request a Vanity number ?
Yes, A Vanity Number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number a lot easier to remember. There is a one time fee of $30.00 to set this up.
18) Can I forward my home or cell telephone calls to my toll free number ?
Yes, if you wish to do so, providing you are subscribe to call forwarding from your local telephone company.
19) When the voice mail system is trying to reach me, "What does the client hear while on hold?"
There is relaxing "On Hold Music" that plays while your client is waiting.
20) How can I get my system rental for Free ?
We offer a free month rental for every new customer you refer to us and signs-up. The one month free service is equal to the rental of their new system. (Options are not included.)
21) Can the toll-free number be used internationally ?
We can forward calls Internationally but the number can only be dialed from the United States and Canada.
22) Have specific needs?
We can create Custom Systems to fulfill your specific business request.
